1 DEFINITIONS
GDPR - EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC).
SERVICES means the service of selling pasta.
PERSONAL DATA / PERSONAL INFORMATION means any data relating to an identified or identifiable living individual.
CONTROLLER means a natural or legal person who determines the purposes and means of personal data processing, and that person is responsible for processing such personal data in accordance with the GDPR and other applicable European and member state laws on the protection of personal data.
PROCESSOR means a natural or legal person which processes personal data on behalf of the Controller;
SUB-PROCESSOR refers to a natural or legal person who processes personal data on behalf of the Controller, as specified in the agreement and in accordance with our instructions.
YOU refers to a natural person whose personal data is collected and processed by Marodi d.o.o.
2 ABOUT MARODI
As the Data Controller, we, Marodi d.o.o.,
together with our director Stjepan Marodi, shall be responsible for all
personal data that you provide to us in connection with the offer of our
Services.
While providing Services to our visitors
and processing personal data, we act as a Data Controller.
I act as a Data Controller in situations
where we process personal data for our purposes and in the manner described in
this Privacy Notice.

3 COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
Unless otherwise agreed, we shall collect only basic data necessary to realize the offer of our Services or in connection with our business relationship. In case of establishing a business cooperation and business relationship, we shall also collect data related to business; this data may contain information about purchases, services and other business activities, feedback and any other information you can provide us, which is necessary for the business relationship to be established.
We may collect your personal data directly from you or indirectly for one of the following reasons:

We collect personal data depending on the
specific situation mentioned above. We only collect necessary data.
3.1 General inquiry by e-mail - when you contact us with a question about our services and when you are looking for new business opportunities
Personal data we collect: name, e-mail, phone number, country and related data such as your company name, business role, phone number.
Legal basis for data collection: agreement execution (GDPR Article 6.1. (B), legitimate interest according to GDPR article 6.1. (F) in terms of providing our Services to you.
The period of keeping the data: unless we
conclude an agreement, we shall delete your personal data within 6 (six) months
after our last communication. Also, based on legitimate interest, if you no
longer want us to contact you, you can object by sending an e-mail to

3.2 You initiated communication with us through your social network profile
Personal data we can collect: first and last name, e-mail, phone number.
Legal basis for data collection: consent (Article 6.1. (A) of the GDPR, legitimate interest according to Article 6.1. (F) of the GDPR.
The period of keeping the data: in case you have not used our Services, we shall store data based on legitimate interest until you object to the processing of your personal data for this purpose or, in case you have given consent, until you withdraw your consent.

3.3 When you browse our website - a third-party service (that is, Google Analytics);
Personal information we collect: we typically collect IP addresses, browser type, the pages you visited and the order in which you visited them, and whether you are a new or returning visitor. In view of the above, and if the data controller uses tools and services of social networks that do not operate in the territory of the European Union, we must inform you that these third parties that manage social networks can transfer your data to the USA, where they are shared with the intelligence services in accordance with the regulations that are in effect in the US.
4 WITH WHOM WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA
We may share your personal data with:
third parties as Sub-Processors, if this is required or permitted by applicable law;
third parties as Sub-Executors in order to provide specific functionalities such as targeted marketing and other tools necessary to provide our Services (e.g. Google Analytics, Covus, Lloyds digital d.o.o. which maintains the website);
to third parties who are legally authorized to process credit decisions, prevent fraud and prosecute debtors; and
to third parties who are legally authorized to request access and sharing of your personal data for the purpose of criminal proceedings or due to threats to public safety.
In conclusion, no third party shall have access to your personal data unless there is a legal requirement or you give us permission to do so.
5 TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES
Taking into consideration the above, we may share your personal data with third parties located outside the European Economic Area; however, all transfers of personal data are carried out in accordance with the EU GDPR data protection standards.
6 YOUR RIGHTS
In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:
The right to be informed about the collection and use of your personal data is a key requirement of transparency according to the GDPR;
The right to access personal data, which means to request a copy of your personal data that we have;
The right to correct your personal data if the data is incomplete or incorrect;
Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) when your personal data is no longer needed or when your personal data has been used illegally, in accordance with your request for erasure;
The right to limit the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances as an alternative to the right to delete your personal data;
The right to data portability means that we can obtain and reuse your personal data for our own purposes;
The right to object to the processing of your personal data in a way that will stop or prevent us from processing your personal data in accordance with our legitimate interest, for example for direct marketing purposes;
Rights in relation to automated decision-making and profiling; and
The right to file a complaint with a national data protection authority.
You can exercise the above rights in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and national regulations on personal data protection.
6.1 THE RIGHT TO OBJECT TO THE USE OF YOUR DATA
You have the right to object, i.e. the right to stop or prevent us from using your data in certain circumstances, and we may not have to stop processing your personal data if we give you strong and legitimate reasons to continue using your data.
You can object to the processing only when we use your data:
For our legitimate interests; and
For direct marketing purposes.
In cases where the legal basis for processing your data is a legitimate interest, you can object to such processing at any time. In that case, we have to prove to you
(1) that there are convincing legitimate reasons for data processing by us or a third party, which overpower your interests, rights or freedoms,
or
(2) that data processing is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
On the other hand, in the case of direct marketing, we cannot reject your objection and we will stop using your data for direct marketing purposes. You can exercise this right by unsubscribing.
6.2 HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS

6.3 The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority
If you believe that we are processing your personal data in an illegal way, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data. In the Republic of Croatia, this body is the Agency for the Protection of Personal Data (www.azop.hr).
If your habitual residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement is in another EU member state or if you believe that your rights have been violated in another EU member state, in any of these cases, you can file a complaint with the supervisory authority of that country.

This Privacy Notice was last updated in June 2022. From time to time you may wish to check whether this Privacy Notice has changed or been amended to comply with applicable data protection regulations.
