We deliver products within the European Union.

The shipping cost is calculated automatically when purchasing the product and depends on the weight of the package and the country of delivery.

Delivery prices

The product delivery time is from 1 to 10 working days, depending on the destination. Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and non-working days are not included in the delivery time.

The product is delivered by courier service. The product is delivered to the Customer only on working days (Monday-Friday) during the working hours of the courier service (8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).

In the event of a change in the delivery date or any other important circumstances for order execution, the Customer will be immediately notified by the Trader's customer service. The delivery period begins after receipt of payment to the giro account, i.e. after approved credit card authorization.

In the event that due to the Trader's error, one of the ordered products is missing, the Trader will deliver it to the Customer free of charge as soon as possible.

Should the Customer refuse to accept the correct and undamaged goods they ordered, the Trader has the right to deduct the amount of direct costs

related to delivery and return from the paid amount of the purchase price.
