Šurlice with scampi
Šurlice with scampi is a traditional dish from the island of Krk, where šurlice is a type of homemade pasta, hand-shaped around thin wooden sticks. This pasta is usually served with various sauces, and the version with scampi is especially popular in coastal regions.
Šurlice with scampi combines the freshness of seafood with the richness of homemade pasta, often prepared in a creamy or white wine sauce with olive oil, garlic, and parsley, making this dish a perfect example of Mediterranean cuisine.
