We present you the premium rolled pasta
Marodi tagliatelle, tagliatelle verdi, fettuccine and fuži will satisfy even the most demanding palates, and the entire brand has been modernized with a new design.
We had something else on our minds so we brought our pasta to an even higher, gourmet level, by launching a new premium line of rolled pasta. From now on, the new Marodi tagliatelle, tagliatelle verdi, fettuccine and fusi are available on the market. And in order to bring our quality closer to some new fans and markets, we have stepped into the process of re-branding and redesigning our entire range of products.
The process of making a new line of rolled pasta is different from the process applied to most pasta that we can find on store shelves. As the name suggests, this line of products is created by rolling pasta, which significantly contributes to the quality of the final product and is the closest to manual work that can be achieved in industrial pasta production.
More precisely, the principal method of pasta production is the extrusion of dough through moulds, which results in more compact pasta. Rolled pasta, on the other hand, is formed by passing the dough through a set of rollers. This results in a looser structure, a rougher surface, better adhesion of the sauce, shorter cooking time and greater ease and delicacy during consumption. Also, the "sheets" of dough created by rolling make it possible to cut the pasta into longer lengths, which, because it is easier to get them on a fork, further increases the gourmet pleasure.
The new brand strategy and packaging redesign are the result of cooperation with the agency Bruketa&Žinić&Grey. The brand received a new positioning that can be summed up in one sentence - quality is the best food seasoning - which stems from the fact that quality pasta is also good when eaten alone. The packaging design, just like the logo, is simplified and refined in accordance with modern design trends.
