• Spirulitelle – tagliatelle with spirulina, a blue-green algae that adds vibrant colour and a delicate flavour

• Chlorelle – green tagliatelle with chlorella, easy to combine with lighter additions

• Rossotelle – tagliatelle in a red-pink shade, thanks to beetroot, with a mild earthy note

• Sepiatelle – black tagliatelle with cuttlefish ink, visually striking and culinarily inspiring
