Enhancing Production and Growing the Marodi Brand through Innovation and Technology
In April 2020, we officially launched the project "Marodi Pasta with a Fresh New Look." Due to the increasing recognition of the Marodi brand in the market, we have been witnessing growth in business scope and market share year after year, which has led us to the need to expand production capacities.
Through this project, we aim to improve our technical readiness for more effective positioning of Marodi pasta in both domestic and international markets. The project represents a logical progression in the company’s development plan, with the goal of meeting market demands and enabling further business growth by introducing new technologies into the production process.
The project is being carried out within the framework of the "Construction and Equipment of SME Production Capacities" competition, announced by the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development in 2018. The total value of the project amounts to 4,825,500.00 HRK, of which 2,198,325.00 HRK is non-repayable funding.
By 1st September 2021, we plan to introduce new technology for pasta production and packaging and train employees on its use. As a result of these activities, we expect an increase in capacity, productivity, and flexibility in the production process, which should consequently lead to growth in sales and export revenues and additional employment. Besides the main project activities, promotional activities will also be conducted to ensure the visibility of the project and its results.
